Hero MotoCorp launched its latest edition of XPulse 200 4V, Rally Edition in India at the starting price of Rs. 1,52,100 (Ex-showroom, Delhi).
This bike now has the Rally DNA as well as the reliability needed to compete at the highest and most difficult levels of motorsports.
The Rally variant of the Xpulse 4V series which was revealed in limited numbers now packs styling and hardware updates over the standard model.

The Hero Xpulse 200 4V Rally is an advanced version of Xpulse that comes with revised and advanced graphics and dynamics. It now gets a raised handlebar making the ride more comfortable and smooth.
In terms of appearance, Xpulse 200 4V Rally continues the distinctive looks and aggressive design of its elder sibling Xpulse 200 4V . It now gets new decals with code graphics on the front fender and the Red-colored cylinder.
Similarly, this bike is featured with LED round headlights, tail lights, and DRLs for excellent visibility everywhere.
This edition also gets a single-piece seat along with the high-positioned muscular exhaust and compact luggage in the rear section. It now has a smaller seat than before benefiting beginner off-road riders.
Moreover, it comes in only one color variant: White and Red.
The Xpulse 200 4V comes with the same 199.6cc, oil-cooled, single-cylinder engine. As a result, it delivers 19 PS of max power at 8,500 rpm and 17.35 Nm of peak torque at 6,500 rpm.
Nevertheless, it continues to get a BS6-compliant engine with Fuel injection (FI) technology. It now is equipped with an aluminum skid plate to protect the engine while going through rocky terrains.
This bike has a five-speed gearbox with an extended gear lever for smooth riding whether it's street rides or challenging offroad escapes. It gets a seven-fin cooling mechanism as before for engine heat management.
Moving on to measurements, it comes with an updated length of 2250 mm, a width of 850 mm, and a height of 1323 mm. The kerb weight of Xpulse 200 4V Rally is 160 kg.
Moreover, it now has a slightly increased seat height of 885 mm and a wheelbase of 1426 mm. This motorcycle has a fuel tank of 13 liters and a ground clearance of 270 mm which has been increased by 50 mm.
In terms of hardware, the Hero Xpulse 200 4V Rally has a diamond frame. It has a cartridge type with adjustable compression at the front and a rectangular swing arm with a mono-shock at the rear.
Talking about the braking system, it features petal disc brakes of 276 mm and 220 mm at the front and the rear respectively.
This bike comes with a 21-inch wheel of 90/90 section at the front and an 18- inch wheel of 120/80 section at the rear. In addition, it gets dual-purpose tires ensuring safe off-road rides too.
The Hero Xpulse 200 4V Rally Edition includes a fully digital instrument cluster with a TFT screen. It has a speedometer, tachometer, two trip meters, a low battery warning, and oil and fuel gauges.

Hero Xpulse 200 4V Rally Kit
Hero has also introduced the Xpulse 200 4V Rally Kit in the Indian market for INR 46,000. The motorcycle's off-road capabilities are improved and made even more suitable by this optional equipment.
Three categories: Tire, Suspension, and Ergonomics make up the Rally Kit. Preload-adjustable front suspension, off-road-specific Maxxis Rally tires, handlebar risers, a bench-style seat, an extended gear pedal, and an extra-long side stand are all included in the optional kit.
In contrast to the standard motorcycle's ground clearance of 220mm, the setup raises it to a remarkable 275mm. Additionally, the Hero Xpulse 200 4V's engine is unaffected by the Rally Kit.

Since Xpulse 200 4V Rally Edition is only available in limited quantities in India, this motorcycle might not launch in the Nepalese market.
Meanwhile, Hero Nepal will introduce Rally Kit for sure. The company previously hinted its arrival in Nepal by showcasing the one in launch event of Xpulse 200 4V back in April.
Talking of cost, Hero XPulse 200 4V Rally Kit price in Nepal is expected to be around Rs. 1.50 Lakhs. This is just an estimation and the official pricing is yet to be finalized.
