Hero Xpulse 200 4V Overview
Hero Xpulse is one of the most popular and loved bikes among riders in Nepal. Moreover, the latest 4V variant now comes with an updated engine and delivers an overall better riding experience.
Looks
The styling of Hero Xpulse 200 4V hasn't changed significantly compared to the 2V variant. A few updates include revised body graphics and a new LED headlight which provides better illumination at night.
The bike still comes with a tall-set front fender, knuckle guards, a roomy saddle, and an upswept exhaust. Furthermore, it resembles a classic adventure tourer with its compact and practical design.

Performance
The most notable change to the Xpulse 200 4V is the engine. It is now equipped with a 199.6ccm, 4-valve motor that produces 19.1 PS peak power and 17.35 Nm max torque.
The company claims that the engine generates 6% more power output and 5% added torque than the previous 2-valve system. This makes the motorcycle superior in the mid and top-end range along with reduced vibrations.
Another update includes a 7 fin oil cooling system that helps in better heat management during heavy traffic. Meanwhile, the BS6-compliant FI engine comes with the same five-speed gearbox.
Dimensions
Hero XPulse 200 4V weights 158 kg and has a seat height of 825mm. Furthermore, the 220mm high ground clearance makes things interesting for the adventurous rider.
The bike features a fuel tank with a capacity of 13 litres. According to the company, it can deliver a mileage of around 40 Kmpl easily.
Hardware
The Xpulse 200 4V's hardware remains unchanged. This indicates that the suspension consists of a pair of 37 mm telescopic forks upfront with 190 mm travel and a 10-step pre-load adjustable mono-shock at the rear.
The same 276 mm front and 220 mm rear petal disc is provided for braking. It also includes single-channel ABS as a standard for extra safety.
Features
The Hero XPulse features a digital LCD instrument cluster with smartphone connectivity that displays call notifications, a gear and eco mode indicator, turn-by-turn navigation, and two trip meters.
