Yamaha MT-25 Overview
Yamaha MT-25 is a streetfighter motorcycle that is often known as “Rush of Darkness”. It can be considered as the naked version of the popular Yamaha model, R25. The new design looks great and aggressive. The muscular fuel tank, dual slant position LED headlight and slick LED turn signal indicators makes it eye-catching.
The MT-25 is powered by a 249cc, liquid-cooled, 4 strokes, parallel-twin DOHC engine with Fuel Injection. It can deliver 35.5 BHP of peak power at 12,000 rpm and 22.6 Nm of torque at 10,000 rpm. The BS6-compliant engine is mated with a six-speed gearbox and can generate a top speed of 170 Kmph.
It comes with a 14-liter fuel tank. Yamaha claims that it can provide a mileage of 32 Kmpl. Inverted telescopic forks at the front and linkless monocross at the rear handle the suspension duties in the MT-25. Similarly, disc brakes at both wheels handle the braking duties. There is also a dual-channel ABS to improve traction control.
