Aprilia SXR 125 is an upcoming scooter in Nepal in 2021 and is about to launch soon. It was recently launched in India at INR 1.15 Lakhs. And D-Lifestyles, the sole distributor of Aprilia scooters in Nepal is planning to launch it in Nepal.
However, the company did not reveal the price and launch date. But the Aprilia SXR 125 price in Nepal is expected to be more than Rs. 3 lakhs looking at Indian market price.
Aprilia SXR 125 Overview
The design of Aprilia SXR 125 is based on its elder sibling, SXR 160. It will come with the classic Aprilia styling, maxi-scooter design with sporty graphics.
The engine will be however different with a more mileage-focused 125cc engine. The air-cooled FI engine will deliver maximum power of 9.52 PS at 7600 rpm and peak torque of 9.20 Nm at 6250 rpm. The engine is BS6-compliant and it will come with a 7-liter fuel capacity.
Aprilia SXR 125 will come with a Combi-braking system (CBS) instead of single-channel ABS. The 220mm disc brake at the front and the 140mm drum at the rear will handle the braking duties. The tyres will be tubeless of 120/70-12” on both sides.

The Aprilia SXR 125 will use Hydraulic Double Telescopic at the front and a hydraulic shock absorber at the rear for suspension. It will be available in a total of four color options: Glossy Red, Glossy White, Matte Black, and Matte Blue.
