Yatri Motorcycles have officially launched Project One (P1) at a more reasonable price of Rs. 5,65,000. It was launched via a virtual launch event where the specs and price were revealed to the general public.
According to the company, Project one is a dual-sport motorcycle designed to reinvent the urban mobility landscape. They noted that it was designed for Nepal's roads and that it is expected to be accessible to a large number of people.
Yatri Project ONE Overview
Project one is the second electric motorcycle from Yatri Motorcycles that comes with a 3.0 kWh battery. It takes 6 hours to get fully charged and provides a range of around 110 km. It also supports fast charging which takes only an hour to get fully charged.
The Yatri Project One can deliver a peak power of 14kw (approximately 19hp) and a max torque of 480Nm in a wheel. It can reach the top speed of 100kmph and the company claimed that it is comparable to 250cc bikes with a power-to-weight ratio.
The suspension supports USD Forks at the front and mono-shock at the rear. The high ground clearance of 270mm with fat tubeless tyres makes the P-1 a perfect bike for our terrain.
