Honda has launched the much-awaited 2021 CBR650R and neo-sports cafe racer, CB650R motorcycles across certain Asian markets including Indonesia and India. The Japanese motorcycle maker plans to launch both motorcycles in Nepal by end of 2021, however, the date is not revealed yet.
Honda 2021 CBR650R and CB650R overview
CBR650R is a fully-faired middleweight sports bike whereas CB650R is a naked bike targeted for everyday riding. These new BS6 bikes share the same 648.72 cc, liquid-cooled, four-cylinder engine, making 86bhp of maximum power at 12,000 rpm and 57.5 Nm of peak torque at 8,500 rpm.
Both models feature a rich digital LCD panel that displays info like speed, trip meter, gear shift indicator, etc.
Honda CBR650R and CB650R get a new Showa Separate Function Big Piston (SFF-BP) front fork. Both include a single rear disc brake and twin front disc brakes with dual-channel ABS as standard.

Other features include a six-speed gearbox with Assist and Slipper clutch, emergency stop signal, Honda Selectable Torque Control (HSTC), and Honda Ignition Security System (HISS).
The 2021 Honda CBR650R has received new body graphics that gets dual LED headlights, LED tail lights, and LED winkers. On the other hand, the Honda CB650R gets a circular LED headlight and LED tail lights.
Honda CBR650R is available with two color choices between Grand Prix Red and Matte Gunpowder Black Metallic whereas Honda CB650R comes in Candy Chromosphere Red and Matt Gunpowder Black Metallic.
