After the successful launch in India, Alpha Automotive, the sole authorized distributor for Royal Enfield bikes is planning to launch a new motorcycle in the Nepalese Market. This adventure-tourer bike provides powerful performance and a great riding experience for rough roads and tricky terrains.

Royal Enfield Himalayan Overview
Looks
The new Royal Enfield Himalayan looks identical to its previous variant in terms of design. This bike has adventure-touring graphics, which makes it more attractive and appealing.
It gets a sleek fuel tank plate with Himalayan branding on the side of the tank. This bike, on the other hand, has a side-mounted exhaust and engine protection. It also has a chiseled panel and slots, giving it a classic appearance.
This motorcycle has a round halogen headlamp, an LED taillight, and indicators. In addition, this bike has a round back mirror and wide handlebars. It has a split seat and a little grab rail for the pillion's comfort.
The new Himalayan is available in three different color schemes: Glacier Blue, Sleet Black, and Dune Brown.
Performance
A 411 cc, 4-stroke, SOHC, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine powers the all-new Himalayan. It produces a peak power of 24.3 BHP at 6,500 rpm and a maximum torque of 32 Nm at 4,500 rpm.
Moreover, the transmission duties on this bike are handled by a five-speed gearbox. It comes with a BS6-compliant engine with Fuel Injection (FI) technology.

Moreover, this bike can deliver the claimed mileage of around 30 kmpl. It can reach a claimed top speed of 120 kmph.
Dimensions
In terms of dimensions, the Royal Enfield Himalayan has a length of 2190 mm, a width of 840 mm, and a height of 1370 mm. It has a kerb weight of 199 kg along with a wheelbase of 1465 mm.
Moreover, this bike gets a seat height of 800 mm and a good ground clearance of 240 m which makes the off-road riding experience more comfortable and easier. It is equipped with a 15-liter fuel tank.
Hardware
Moving towards the hardware, Himalayan is built on a half-duplex split cradle frame. This bike is equipped with a telescopic fork, 41 mm forks, 200 mm travel at the front, and a monoshock with linkage, 180 mm wheel travel at the rear.
It comes with disc brakes of 300 mm at the front and 240 mm at the rear. In addition, it also features a switchable Dual-Channel ABS (Anti-lock Braking System).

This motorcycle has spoke wheels of 21 inches and a 90/90 section at the front. Likewise, it gets tires of 17 inches with 120/90 sections at the rear.
