The bike has a six-speed manual transmission with a PASC Antihopping slipper clutch. Furthermore, the slipper clutch prevents the rear wheel from locking during severe downshifting.

In terms of dimensions, the Duke 250 is 2,072mm long, 831mm wide, and 1,109mm tall. As for more, it has 155mm ground clearance and a seat height of 823mm.

The bike's stopping power is provided by a 320mm front disc and a 230mm rear disc, along with dual-channel ABS. It also has an additional safety feature: SuperMoto mode, which allows the ABS at the rear wheels to be deactivated.
