Talking about the design, Xtreme 200R gets an aggressive appearance with a muscular fuel tank. This bike also comes with a sporty look and aerodynamic fairings that makes the bike appear more appealing.
It has a halogen headlamp at the front with a wide front fender. This motorcycle also features a wide handlebar in order to make the ride more comfortable and easier.
Although having halogen headlamps and DRLs it comes with eyebrow-like LED taillamps. For the rear, it features a single-seat configuration and a grab rail. This motorcycle gets a short muffler cover with a black finish that enhances its sharpness.

A 4-stroke, 2-valve, single-cylinder, air-cooled, OHC engine powers the all-new Hero Xtreme 200R. It offers a peak power of 18.4 PS at 8000 rpm and a maximum torque of 17.1 Nm at 6500 rpm.

Hardware
The all-new Hero Xtreme 200R is designed and built on a diamond frame. It features a telescopic hydraulic fork with an antifriction bush at the front and a 7-step adjustable monocross shock at the rear.
As for braking, this bike comes with Single-Channel ABS(Anti-lock Braking System). Additionally, it gets dual disc brakes of 276 mm and 220 mm at the front and the rear respectively.
